Hourly: $29.80 - $32.69
Position Summary:
Full-time IT Coordinator position available immediately at Sea Mar's headquarters in Seattle, WA. The IT Coordinator works under the direction of the Chief Information Officer and performs advanced administrative duties, purchasing and inventory management, contracts management, and processes documentation for the Information Technology Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experienced professional - will act as a central administrative assistant of the department- coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, process timesheets and PTO requests, compile status reports and monthly reports.
- Technical Documentation- Assists the CIO with documenting, maintaining, and improving IT processes and policies as well as security and compliance documentation for the organization.
- Contract Maintenance- Work with vendors to create new contracts, renew contracts, coordinate alternative options, and process contractual paperwork.
- Invoice/Billing Tracking- Track and process invoices and payments.
- IT Purchasing- Track and maintain IT purchasing and inventory management.
- Coordinate IT approval for laptop/desktop and IT related purchases organization wide.
- Perform executive assistant duties for the CIO and assist IT Managers and Supervisors.
- Collects, compiles, and distributes monthly management reports.
- Processes incoming and outgoing interoffice mail.
- Maintain IT Department’s SharePoint page as needed.
- Produces regular reports related to managed care enrollment and Pharmacy/Prescriber productivity.
- Assist managers with coordination and processing new hire paperwork and onboarding new employees.
- Facilitate applications upgrades by coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation.
- Other administrative and clerical duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, surpassing customer/employee expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- High computer literacy.
- Expert/experienced using programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Detail-oriented.
- Demonstrates high level of integrity and discretion towards sensitive information.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and work as member/leader of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, have multiple on-going projects at the same time.
- Time management professional: Ability to meet required deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow-up with others.
- Desire to improve processes, seek out information, and continually work to maximize efficiencies in the department and the effectiveness of the organization.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in Health Care or in Information Technology.
- Desire to continually learn to stay current with industry standards, best practices, and technology.
