Hourly Rate: $26.63

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Community Health Centers has an opening for a Full-Time Front Office Supervisor for our Dental and Medical clinicals throughout Thurston County. We are a mission-driven health and human services 501(c) non-profit organization serving Western Washington. This candiate would be serving multiple locations and departments. 

The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate enthusiastic and professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking while an integral part of the care team ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. The main function is to supervise the receptionists, coordinate patient flow and coordinate patient schedules. In addition, must be able to participate in the training process of new employees and be knowledgeable of procedures used. Participates in Quality Improvement and assists the Health Center Manager in other necessary meetings. Knowledge of EPIC (the current program used) desirable.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must have completed basic courses in office management and be knowledgeable of the duties and responsibilities of the front desk staff
  • Computer skills, verbal and written skills, and confidentiality is a must
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred for this position
