Hourly Rate: $21.22
Position Summary:
Sea Mar is seeking a Full-time Case Manager for its Behavioral Health Migrant Program in Mount Vernon, Skagit County. This is a non-managerial position.
The Case Manager provides primary community support/case management to youth and families struggling with mental health issues who are a part of the migrant community. This person participates actively as a team member in the delivery of client services. Other duties include managing cases and contacting families; assisting youth in completing documents; coordinating resource and referrals to other services; and the coordination of community support services. This person works in partnership with the migrant therapist. Driving to schools and client homes is required, Case manager must own their own transportation (mileage reimbursement provided). This job description does not suggest or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. Minor variations in duties will vary depending to what department the Case Manager is assigned. The person in this position will be required to follow other instructions and to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Must be fluent and Spanish and English.
