Hourly Rate: $23.39
Position Summary:
Full-time MA position available for our Tacoma 11th St Medical Clinic. This medical site serves the homeless population with showers, laundry, food bank an clothing.
Ideal candidate(s) will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate enthusiastic and professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking while in an integral part of the care team ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: administer injections and distribute oral medications under physician’s order, assisting the medical providers with charting office visits, performing venipuncture and rooming patients.
Education and/or Requirements:
- This position requires the candidate to have a Washington State MA-Certificate or possess an MA-Interim License and pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period.
- Possess and maintain a CPR certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
