Annual Salary: $67,725 - $70,000
Position Summary:
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Property Manager for our Beacon Hill properties, located in Seattle. The Property Manager will live in and manage the day-to-day operations of two 40-unit low income apartment buildings meant to serve low income persons and households. This position will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for tenants and employees. Shall perform minor janitorial duties as necessary. Shall respond to residents’ concerns and questions regarding the building and be on call for onsite emergencies. Shall collect rent and coordinate requests from supervisor regarding compliance requirements for the residents. Perform minor janitorial and maintenance tasks following general health and safety guidelines. Shall facilitate lease signings and prepare and manage paperwork necessary for property management duties. Shall work with the Vice President to fulfill compliance requirements from state and other funding agencies.
